In an age shaped by AI, constant change, and digital speed, many professionals feel disconnected from their purpose—and unsure how to evolve meaningfully. This session helps rest that—powerfully and practically.
Through awareness building, tactile creative expression, embodiment exercises, and life-centered design principles, participants tap into insight that feels clear, grounded, and relevant. Whether launching a new venture or seeking clarity in their next step, members leave feeling more confident, creative, and connected—to themselves, their work, and their community. While WeWork benefits from improvement to member advocacy (members share their event experience with others), retention, and NPS.

We’re unsure whether this will resonate with the Community at our location. What’s your take?
That’s a fair question. Some locations may lean toward proven turnouts like food & drinks. But at Churchill Place and St. Katharine Docks, we saw something profound: Members showed up because the invitation felt intentional and the event is fresh. They knew this wasn’t “just another workshop.”
They left saying (actual testimonials provided by participants and available for your review in full):
“I didn’t know what to expect and I was intrigued. What exactly is Leading with Joy®?
It’s not just mindfulness. It’s not just ‘design thinking.’ It’s not a traditional workshop. — It’s a HOLISTIC EMBODIMENT EXPERIENCE 💚
Leading with Joy® is a 60-minute, high-energy and engaging unique blend of:
• Awareness-building (like meditation)
• Purpose-anchoring (like values coaching)
• Strategy activation (like mini-design sprints)
• Somatic experience (activating senses by engaging with workshop materials)
• Creative embodiment (working in innovative, science-backed ways with tactile & natural materials)
Together, these elements guide participants to explore a desired feeling or outcome and prototype a personal or professional path toward their desired feelings and outcomes—within 60 minutes!
What does the workshop involve?
Participants engage in:
-
Somatic creativity using natural materials and terracotta clay
-
Personal reflection exercises
-
Micro storytelling & sharing (this is a massive value-add to learn from each other and create new connections with other WeWork members!)
-
And a safe space to pause and reset
It’s not an art class. It’s a wellbeing intervention in disguise—fun, deep, and often transformative.
How much setup or effort is needed from our team?
Minimal. We bring all materials, visuals, facilitation, and help with on-site promotion. It’s a plug-and-play experience that leaves your team free to focus on community connection.
What are the benefits for members?
• A rare moment to Pause, Reflect, and Connect

Learn More on Leading with Joy®
Empower Yourself and Your Organization to Thrive in the New Economy
Leading with Joy® is a transformative method in enablement, change management, and resilience-building designed for individuals and organizations eager to evolve purposefully toward the New Economy.
By fusing mindfulness practices, strategic design tools, and hybrid intelligence, we create capacity for change, enable capability for evolution, and make growth sustainable. This unique fusion facilitates mindset shifts and empowers you to embrace change confidently.
Applying this innovative, scientifically proven method fosters a sense of belonging among teams, enhances customer advocacy, and drives positive societal and environmental impact. Ultimately, it leads to sustainable profitability for organizations, ensuring long-term success in a rapidly changing world.
Why Does This Matter?
Organizations struggle to adapt purposefully to the New Economy of emerging AGI, decentralized systems and democratized opportunities at a cost of disengagement by employees, dissatisfied customers and negative impact on the society and environment.
This leads to erosion in ‘Sense of Belonging’ and value creation due to lost productivity, forgone revenue, sub-optimal return on capital and social and environmental costs.
