What exactly is Leading with Joy®?

It’s not just mindfulness. It’s not just ‘design thinking.’ It’s not a traditional workshop. — It’s a HOLISTIC EMBODIMENT EXPERIENCE 💚

Leading with Joy® is a 60-minute, high-energy and engaging unique blend of:

Awareness-building (like meditation)

Purpose-anchoring (like values coaching)

Strategy activation (like mini-design sprints)

Somatic experience (activating senses by engaging with workshop materials)

• Creative embodiment (working in innovative, science-backed ways with tactile & natural materials)

Together, these elements guide participants to explore a desired feeling or outcome and prototype a personal or professional path toward their desired feelings and outcomes—within 60 minutes!

What does the workshop involve?

Participants engage in:

  • Somatic creativity using natural materials and terracotta clay

  • Personal reflection exercises

Who are you and what qualifies you to do this?

I’m Marty Zalewski (link opens to an online Bio), creator of Leading with Joy® (link opens to an online Introduction), which is built on the science of enablement, empowerment, and resilience building for individuals and organizations looking to evolve purposefully towards the New Economy. It’s the first of its kind growth and resilience system deployed everywhere from Qatar Foundation and Vodafone to now WeWork Communities and soon at the Royal College of Art.

My background spans Fortune 500 transformation leadership, executive coaching, and curriculum design across 3 continents. I hold an MBA with  specialization in People-Centered Transformative Change from London Business School.
