Marty Zalewski is a design-led Organizational Change leader and coach with over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of people, technology, and performance.
Marty’s work focuses on how individuals, teams, and organizations think, decide, and grow amid complexity — particularly in the context of AI acceleration, organizational transformation, and sustained change under pressure. He has worked with global enterprises, public institutions, and growth-stage organizations navigating large-scale transformation, capability building, and leadership development.
Marty holds an MBA from London Business School, where he specialized in Organizational Change Management, and is Course Leader for Leading with a Design Mindset for a World Changed by AI at Royal College of Art Executive Education.
As both a practitioner and educator, Marty is known for translating deep behavioral insight and growth models into practical, grounded change — without abstraction or jargon.
