I’ve always been inspired by the art and power of storytelling. As humans, we connect through the stories we share, finding common ground and forging lasting relationships. As Barack Obama also said, “If you learn how to listen to people’s stories and can find what’s sacred in other people’s stories, then you’ll be able to forge a relationship that lasts.”

My journey with public speaking has been a mix of love and hesitation. As a kid, when imagination was our frontier, I thrived on giving talks, impersonating TV announcers, and taking part in school academies. But as a teenager, I shied away from the stage, lacking confidence. It was then I realized I needed to find my authentic voice.

It wasn’t until my 40s that I truly discovered where that voice originates—from a connection on values, passion, courage to tell one’s story in gratitude for having experienced life enough in hope of inspiring others, and something greater than all of us, yet binding us together. Through sharing stories and listening to others, I’ve found the courage to speak authentically and inspire action, and I’m incredibly grateful to the global platforms including World Economic Forum, WebSummit Lisbon, London Business School, WebSummit Qatar, Qatar Foundation, who have extended me an opportunity to share, inspire and be inspired.
