What is Holistic Embodiment Coaching?

The aim is to help you release what constricts you, strengthen what supports you, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that enable clarity, resilience, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
What is VortexHealing®?
VortexHealing® is a deeply effective form of Divine energy healing that comes from the Divine Source of its lineage — the same Source at the root of creation. It works on the energetic, emotional, and consciousness patterns that shape how we experience life. VortexHealing® helps release conditioning, unwind the roots of emotional and mental patterns, and restore the natural flow of vitality through the system.
The aim of VortexHealing® is not only to support emotional and energetic wellbeing, but also to create the conditions for a deeper sense of wholeness, presence, and inner freedom. Each session meets you exactly where you are, working at the level your system is ready for.
Some clients experience relief, clarity, and grounding; others experience deep shifts in long-held patterns. Every session is different because it is guided by the Divine intelligence of the lineage — not by technique alone.
VortexHealing® is always offered with your consent and according to what feels safe and appropriate for you.
What happens in a session?
A session is calm, spacious, and designed to meet you exactly where you are. It typically includes:

Most sessions are offered online, which is just as effective as in-person work.
VortexHealing® doesn’t rely on physical proximity — it works with the energy and consciousness patterns already present in your system, which can be engaged with from any location. This allows for greater comfort, privacy, and ease.
If you prefer an in-person session, this can be arranged at a central London location depending on availability.
